About
Navrot Gibbons Construction Ltd. began as a lighthearted joke between Kaleb and John while they were working on a job site together. They joked, "If 'so-and-so' can run successful company, we can definitely do the same." Turning that joke into a reality, they officially incorporated Navrot Gibbons Construction Ltd. in April 2025. Friends since high school, having met on the football field, Kaleb and John bring years of construction experience that has contributed to their business success. Currently, Navrot Gibbons Construction Ltd. offers a range of construction services in Edmonton, Sturgeon County, Parkland County, Strathcona County, and Leduc County.

Kaleb Navrot
After finishing high school, Kaleb decided against pursuing post-secondary education. Instead, he entered the construction industry while also playing junior football for the Edmonton Wildcats. By the age of 19, he was leading his own water and sewer crew, installing lines for significant developments in the Edmonton area. In 2024, he joined another company as a foreman, overseeing numerous major infrastructure projects.
John Gibbons
In high school, John participated in the Registered Apprenticeship Program as a carpenter, gaining experience with a leading custom home builder working on multi-million dollar properties. After graduation, he attended the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, earning a diploma in Advanced Welding Technology, while also working on Kaleb's water and sewer crew. John has experience in snow removal, having led his own crew during the winter of 2024, as well as in landscaping and dirtworks, contributing to various projects from small residential jobs to large commercial builds. A passionate football player for most of his life, John has been coaching at Sturgeon Composite High School since spring of 2023.
